Gamma-phase nano-alumina solvent-based dispersion

Nano alumina dispersion is formed by dispersing nano alumina (10-20nm) in a phase medium, resulting in a highly dispersed, uniform, and stable nano alumina dispersion. In addition to the characteristics of nano powder materials, nano alumina dispersion offers higher reactivity and ease of incorporation. It is mainly used in various coatings, paints, electroplating, or other fields requiring enhanced wear resistance and insulation.

Technical Specifications:

Stability: Can be diluted many times while maintaining stability; no layering or sedimentation after long-term storage. It remains as monodispersed nanoparticles in water even after prolonged standing.

Application Areas:

1. Transparent Ceramics: High-pressure sodium lamp tubes, EP-ROM windows.

2. Single Crystals: Ruby, sapphire, white gemstone, yttrium aluminum garnet.

3. Alumina Ceramics: C substrates, packaging materials, high-purity crucibles, winding spools, bombardment targets, furnace tubes.

4. Polishing Materials: Glass products, metal products, semiconductor materials, plastics, magnetic tapes, sanding belts.
